[gui-talk] Skype Version 4.2.0.169 is now Available

Skype version 4.2.0.169 is now available and one place where you can
download it from is at www.skype.com.  Here are the fixed issues in this
version:

Video

Skype crashed with some web-cameras when video calling, for example with Microsoft
Lifecam Show and HP Elite Autofocus web-cam.
