I just posted a new script to Script Central called
WEHotkeys
The help text from the script follows:

Press Insert-H to get a list of all Window-Eyes hotkeys in the active set file.
Choose List Hotkeys to show all assigned hotkeys.
Append Selected Item will append one hotkey to the clipboard
and leave the list opened so you can select additional hotkeys to append.
Back to dialog will return to the main WE Hotkeys dialog.
Info will tell you how many lines of text are on the clipboard.
View will let you view the contents of the clipboard;
You can use the arrows and other cursor movement keys to read through the text on the clipboard.
Clear will let you empty the clipboard to let you start a new list.
Copy Entire List will copy all assigned hotkeys to the clipboard.
When you are finished, use close to dismiss the dialog.
Help will bring up the same help dialog that can be viewed in Script Manager.
