Hi Cathy,

Thanks so much for this.  Installation was not the problem, actual usage
was.  Your suggestion allows me to use Outlook now.  One question, in Jaws
and Window-Eyes, I cannot arrow through the list of messages in the inbox.
When arrowing, no speech is emitted.  With SystemAccess, this does not
occur.  Any suggestion on how this can be resolved with Jaws and
Window-Eyes?  Thanks again for nailing this one!

I've found that a number of programs that are older, like Office 2003 run
better in compatibility mode.  Within the properties, access the
compatibility property sheet and set it to run as though it were in XP or
Vista.  That should solve the problem.
