The mp3 files must be in a folder called " Audio+Podcasts". And
apparently
the capitalization of the words is important. You can put as many MP3s
into
that folder as you like. The folder will be one of the books in your
bookshelf, titled "audio files" when you press and hold the play key to
get
to the bookshelf.

Someone on the list mentioned that the play can play MP3 files. I tried
that last night. It did work, the book list didn't even mention the
MP3 file as an option to play.

That was changed with a later version of the NLS Player's firmware. You
can now have multiple books, but some
machines may require a firmware update to get this capability.
