Humanware is based in Canada.  It costs significantly more to ship items to
another country, even from Canada to the US.  I used to ship CD textbooks
and I was surprised at the cost of shipping to other countries - including
Canada.  That's one of the reasons I opted for all my products to be digital
downloads.  No more shipping costs.
