google is usually effective locating drivers.  Just type the model number of 
your scanner followed by "driver" followed by "download".
I found the scanner for my canoscan LiDE 35 that way.

I have a PlusTech 3600 scanner, but I cannot locate the CD that came with
it.  Dan anyone tell me where I can go to download the drivers for this
scanner>  I don't want to have to buy a new scanner, but I can't locate the
drivers for this one.

If I can't get this one to work, does anyone have a recommendation for a
good similar scanner?
