Yes, the Stream can read them, as can the Book Sense, Plextalk 
Pocket, and Icon and Braille Plus.  People have been reading with 
stream for a couple years.  You have to sign up via NLS https://nlsbard.loc.gov
then you will get an authorization key from payer manufacturer.
