Hello Dale and List group.
I delete and edit appointments in Outlook calendar very routinely, almost on
a daily basis at work. To delete an appointment simply move with the up and
down arrow keys to the appointment item you want to get rid of and strike
the delete key, then hit Y (yes) to respond to the dialog box which asks if
you are sure you want to delete the item.
To change an appointment do the following:
1. Select the item with the up and down arrow keys.
2. When you have found the item to change, press Enter.
3. Now you can tab through the same fields and controls that were available
to you when the appointment was scheduled. For example, if a customer has
requested a reschedule, simply type in the new date or use the up and down
arrow keys to select the new appointment time.
4. If you had a popup reminder set on the original appointment you need to
remember to check the reminder control which will be unchecked if the
appointment was missed. This will give you access to the reminder time list
box.
5. Type alt+s to save your changes and return your cursor focus to Outlook
calendar.
Hope this helps
