[gui-talk] Outlook Express

OK, I somehow lost all my folders in my Outlook Express and can't find them 
anywhere.  I also lost all the saved messages that I had in my in-box.  I 
have them in my recycle on my desk top and tried to retrieve them but it 
asks me if I want to recover them, I enter on Yes and can't find them 
either.  What the heck happened and how do I retrieve them?  Jaws 11, xp and 
lap top keys.
