did you specify the keyboard in desktop or laptop mode? The caps lock is the 
jaws key in addition to insert in laptop mode.  In that case, if you really 
want caps lock set, just tap it twice in rapid succession and it will go on. 
Same to turn it off.  Or you can read the docs to see what other changes are 
in jaws11.  I personally always have my keyboard in laptop mode because I am 
always using a laptop -- have done that for years, so the extra tap doesn't 
bother me.

OK, I just down loaded jaws 11 and a funny thing happened along the way.  My
cap locks on won't lock into caps anymore.  Anyway to turn this button back
