[gui-talk] Java accessbridge behavior

Allen,

As I understand it, access technology has to support the access bridge specifically to get information out of it.  I thought NVDA did but don't know for certain.  
However, even if the Access Bridge is supported, it does not guarantee that all Java applications will work with it.  There can be problems on either end of the 
stream of data.
