Yes, depending what you want on the page, it is quite easy to do a simple 
page with graphics and text and formatting like headers and lists of various 
kinds, etc. You can also control color attributes and placement of things.
There is a list on yahoogroups.com called blindwebbers. Just subscribe and 
ask any question there.  I have done simple pages and a little CGI for 
handling forms on a web page. If you want help you can email me privately at 
lauraeaves at yahoo.com -- but blindwebbers is a friendly and supportive list 
with a wide range of expertise.
