There are at least two Mac-related mailing lists for blind users.  One
is MacVisionaries at googlegroups.com.  I'm not sure of the name or
location of the other one.  I'm on MacVisionaries but have not
followed it closely for some time.  I imagine your questions would be
on topic there though.
