[gui-talk] Dragon Naturally Speaking

Hello,
 Does anyone know anything about hooking Jaws AND Dragon Naturally Speaking 
together?  I specifically need to know if these two will work together 
without using J-SAY.  This person is totally blind, using jfw 11, XP. 
Thanks and secondly what the heck is J-SAY and is it essential for these to 
work together.

Also, is there something similar to Dragon Naturally Speaking on the market?
