[gui-talk] Windows Starter

Not that bad. It just doesn't allow you to watch DVDs, change the wallpaper
or the theme, things that you wouldn't do on a netbook anyway. I am seeing
comments that Starter has a 3 application limit. This is absolutely untrue,
however this did apply for Earlier starter editions of Windows.
