Look at ABYY FineReader or OmniPage. These are largely accessible with screenreaders and are inexpensive compared to blindness-specific OCR packages.

Hello Everyone,
I need a O C R program, however I really do not want to spend $1,000.00 for the scanner software.

Does anyone know of other useful O C R software program which are much lower in price?

In the past I have heard of several O C R scanning program however I do not know if they are useful with JAWS 11.X.
