[gui-talk] Message when signing on Internet

I am using I.E. 7 and Windows XP pro with JFW 10. When I sign on the internet, I get a message that says, "Your internal network card is active. Click here to change preferences." This is on my laptop computer. What are they talking about and what am I supposed to do? Thanks.
