that's awfully nice to hear, because low-budget me has stubbornly stuck to 
free antivirus and antispyware programs for years, despite some people on 
mailing lists proclaiming that they were full of holes and didn't compare at 
all well to Nod 32 or the better-known bigtime commercial programs. At 
present, I'm using the free versions of Avast! and Super anti Spyware and, 
although I'm not a tech genius who knows how to evaluate and compare this 
stuff properly, the fact is that I've had no virus problems, plenty of 
caught and disabled spyware, and maybe a a couple  of announcements that 
some virus had been stopped and was being dealt with and all I had to do was 
press OK or something. So  I figure I'm doing okay, and that the stuff I use 
isn't some bargain basement crap that's like playing Russian Roulette with 
your computer or nothing like that.

Just saying, like they say.

It's a report which will put your mind at ease abou t the quality of the
security programs you use.  It's true too.  It didn't used to be so though.
