Can anyone recommend a KVM switch that he or she has liked and found
particularly well suited to use with PC's running screen readers?  More
generally, are there any tips or tricks for selecting a KVM switch to
purchase for those of us who are using screen readers?

For those who don't know, a KVM switch is a device that allows a user to
control 2 or more computers with just a single keyboard, mouse, monitor, and
speakers.
