You can still download and install Outlook express. It just doesn't come
bundled with the operating system.

I'm considering buying a Netbook computer with Windows 7 Starter on it. I
understand, from what others have said, that Windows 7 does not have an
e-mail client on it. I've always used Outlook Express. So, what could I get,
for e-mail, which would work with Windows 7 and not be totally different
from OE?
