OK, it works differently in Outlook 2007 than in Outlook 2003.



In Outlook 2003, when reading the meeting you can hit alt, arrow to
actions, down arrow to acept and hit enter.



In outlook 2007, y9ou can at the messages list, hit shift-f10, down
arrow to accept and hit enter.  Man I just love change.
