[gui-talk] Decreasing skipping time in WindowsMedia Player?

Hi guys: You know how in WindowsMedia Player you can go into a bar that 
let's you skip forward or backward within a file. How would I go about 
decreasing the time being skipped? I think it's set by default for five or 
ten minutes and I'd want to lessen to about one or two minutes. Is there a 
way to do this from within some menu? ive looked everywhere and can't find 
this kind of option.
