The confusion of Baum and Balmer reminds me of something that happened to 
me.  A man named Bill with a last name that starts with a G helps me with 
computer things.  He is my eyes for things that stump me.

He was going to help me with some things a few years ago, but I figured it 
out.  My daughter, then 14, said, "I thought Bill Gates was going to come 
over and help you with your computer.  Gates is not his last name, but we 
have called him that on occasion.
