If this is happening to you on a regular basis, then something else 
is wrong, the things you are trying to shoot, the background, 
lighting, distance, missing polarizers, dirty polarizers, adhesive on 
inside of polarizers, or something else.

It happens occasionally, but not all the time.

You might contact your dealer, or join the reader-users mailing list, or both.
