[gui-talk] Winamp Scripts Version 1.4 are now Available

Window-Eyes scripts version 1.4 for Winamp are now available on Script
Central at www.gwmicro.com/sc.  Here are the changes in this version:

Corrected an issue where some hotkeys were loaded as cursor keys (really users wouldn't
have noticed this).
Removed OnKeyProcessedUp and OnMenu logic to try and resolve issues users are seeing
with speech going away.
Refined context menu logic to provide for a smoother experience (pressing the alt
key in the main winamp window).
The toggling of CursorKeys is now controlled programmatically as apposed to a set
file.
Removed the set file winamp.001. Added it to the list of files to remove on startup
in the Winamp Global script.
GWToolkit version 7.8.3 is required.
Added more XML strings for localization.
Removed Global Key sections out of the Application Winamp script.
