[gui-talk] IE 8 problem

One solution I can think of is to press alt enter on the icon to get to
properties and you'll see the option to choose the size of the window it
opens in.  Check the one you want.

Since installing IE 8 on my Vista notebook when I open a web site from a
shortcut on my desktop the page opens minimized.  Before IE 8 no such
problem.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem or have a solution?
