Thanks James, that puts a different slant on things.  PDF isn't difficult or
expensive to accomplish so they should make it happen.

Actually they can provide whole books in and accessible PDF format.
Currently they are not utilizing accessible PDF formats for their lesson
plans which seems a shame to go through the trouble of making the files and
not making them interactive.
