Not sure how many of you guys wil want this functionality but a few
of you skype veterans might remember the autoanswer functionality
that Mr.Doug Lee's jaws scripts for skype used to give us several
years and skype versions ago where an autoanswer function could be
enabled for selected users.

When the skype interface hchanged with version 3.x, this
functionality could no longer be provided by Mr.lee's scripts and i
missed it. i eeventualy found a third party program that provided the
functionality but the developer discontinued supporting the program
sometime back.

I kept in touch with him over timeand he just let me know that a new
version of the selective auto-answer program was ready for download
and testing.

It is a very small and very simple program and the developer has done
a superb job with the accessibility of it. This version is the best
yet in that regard. everything reads well with both jaws and nvda. If
you want to give it a try, find the url for it below.

Just extract the program and enclosed .dll to a directory of your
choice and run it by entering on the executable. the first time you
run the program, you need to allow it access to skype as with any
program that accesses the skype api. You will find it in your events
panel - that's in skype 3.8 or by going into the "managing other
programs' access to skype" section in the advanced options of skype.

Have fun and happy skyping!

Cheers,

Doris
