I would contact Michael to see if it is legit.  There have been another of
social engineering e-mails lately.  A set of messages, posing as e-greeting
cards, wreaked havoc in the Maryland Voc Rehab agency's mail system today,
and I have seen some of these messages in the past few days, myself.  You
should probably delete that message and move on.
