Hit alt+f, arrow down to save as, hit the space bar to open the extended options menu, and select save attachments.

Subject: [gui-talk] Attachments

Good Morning,

I have a consumer on their home computer running JAWS 10 and Outlook 2007 that has turned off the option to either open or save an attachment when they go to open the attachment. Does anyone know where I can find the option to either open or save attachments? I hope I explained this good enough. Thanks in advance for your help.
