You heard exactly what I heard, but it was a demo, and as the AT Specialist
for ILA I can guarantee you that we do not have it in stock right now and
development of it continues so that when it is available you can have as
near a perfect unit that anyone could imagine.

Does this mean specific options? Yes, but what those options will remain to
be announced when the unit is available.

If you or anyone would like, send an email to:

techsupport at independentliving.com

When the unit is available I will let you all know.

Hi Stephen,

I see. Earlier today, I clicked on a link in Top Tech Tidbits to find a
podcast from the Serotalk chats, in which the people discussing this among
several other items and devices talked about it as if it were offered
currently by ILA, to the point of wondering aloud why ILA in its product
description hadn't made more of the new model's RFID capability. I guess the

guy must have misspoken.

thanks,
Joel

Joel and all-

The Milestone 312 is not yet offered from ILA or anyone else in the U.S. No
other information regarding this is available right now but hoping that it
will be later on in 2009.

I've been hearing that ILA is offering the recently introduced Milestone 312

recorder and reader, now offering several new features beyond those of the
Milestone 311 including an RFID (radio frequency ID) reader and tags to go
with.

But I just went to the ILA site, interested to read the details, and a
search for the product turned up nothing. A search for the model 311 turns
up a variety of accessories plus the item itself. But that's no longer
current, is it? Anybody know if I'm doing something incorrectly?

Thanks.
