Allen:

I've thought about that but it's the initial investment in Jaws. It just
won't fit my budget now, because, I have other priorities that must come
first.

I don suppose there is a free version?

Anyway, many thanks, Allen. CHUCKLE, CHUCKLE!

If you switch to jaws I can give you directions, smile. Besides the
directions make sure attachments are allowed in your security settings.
They try hard to disallow or severely restrict access to them because
attachments are so well known as a source of spyware and other bad stuff.

Sure hope someone out there is using outlook 2003. I've just started it and
am having a lot of grief.

Can you tell me how to open an attachment or zip file in incoming mail?

One problem is that while the e-mail says I have an attachment or zip file,
no further information is available in the e-mail. I'm using window eyes 6.1
but it doesn't tell me what the attachment link is.
