FYI -- The latest version of FileDir (a file and directory manager) can
now open almost any archive format, including Window-Eyes script 
packages
(a .wepm archive is Windows Cabinet format).  This is accomplished by
using the free 7z.exe utility behind the scenes, the complete version of
which is available at
http://7zip.com

Many of the commands that previously only worked with zip archives now
work with other formats as well.  Thus, you can open a .wepm archive 
like
a directory by pressing Enter when the file has focus in a directory 
list.
In the resulting list, you can press Shift+S for the size of a file
inside, or Shift+D for its date and time.  The What command, invoked 
with
a question mark, speaks the content of a file.  Control+T sends the file
to the configured text editor (EdSharp by default, but adjustable in the
configuration settings dialog, Alt+Shift+C).  Shift+U unarchives a file.

Note that creating .wepm archives is not supportedin FileDir, only 
viewing
them.  If you want to execute a .wepm archive with Window-Eyes in order 
to
install it, press Shift+Enter instead of Enter.
