[gui-talk] Subscription instructions, please?

I'd like to help a friend subscribe to this mailing list. I can't remember 
if there's a simple way to do this by email, as there so often is with a 
mailing list. And I did go where I thought I could find a Web page for 
subscribing online, instead, but failed to find what I remembered having 
visited before. I went to nfb.net, which I thought was the site. I guess 
that's not where it is?
