No it's not. Just press F6 from the address bar. Anyhow, this is a known 
problem with JAWS and IE8.

It used to be that I could press insert A while in an open web page to get
its address and now I can't.  I just hear, address bar.  I'm using jaws.
Any thoughts?  If I press alt D the address bar works and will provide the
address but it's too hard to get back to the open page from there.
