[gui-talk] Google operating system

The problem is not the operating system it is people who refuse to make
their content accessible.  All this does is bring in a new set of
parameters and just another flavor of a general lack of accessibility.  The
key is to make people adhere to accessibility and to implement it in their
webpages.  Until that happens, it really doesn't matter which flavor you
use, the page will still be bland.
