[gui-talk] what is dazy, niso and victor reader

NISO stands for the National Information and Standards Organization 
or something like that.  NLS digital books are human read.  They are 
recorded in the DAISY 3 standard, officially called the ANSI/NISO 
z39-86 2002 standard.  RFB&D also records books using humans, and 
records in the DAISY format as well.  They use a earlier version of 
the standard, 2.02.

Their downloadable books are protected Windows Media files, so do not 
have the navigation  features of a full DAISY book.
