Shift down arrow, not control.  Add the control only if you want to go to
the end or some large block.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to highlight text to copy to
clipboard using the Microsoft Office 2007 software program? I used to do a
control down arrow to highlight; now I can't with the Microsoft Office 2007.
