[gui-talk] formatting question

When I am doing medical transcription and I create my log, which is a list of the reports I type, I put flagged entries bolded. Turns out all bolded entries are coming up black-on-green, which is hard for the QA person to read. Any suggestions about how to change my bolded entries to black-on-white? Your suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.
