Look in the about jaws section and you'll find it by pressing insert J and
arrowing around.  After retrieving the serial number I'd call FS. To see
just what this upgrade is going to cost.

Hello, well it's time to up-date to JAWS ten.  I don't have my JAWS disc to 
get the serial number can I retrieve this off my computer somehow?  or do I 
just have to purchase the up dated one at regular price?  I might be able to

find it but everything is in storage and it is probably at the bottom in the

middle.  Thanks, Dave
