A major enhancement is available if the hotkey is pressed again.
RRevised
documentation is below.

Press Alt-Insert-Q to query what application settings are currently
active. The module, set file, and script file names are spoken and
spelled.

Pressing the key a second time invokes the Window-Eyes Set2Text utility,
converting the active set file to a text version, e.g., from
Explorer.000
to Explorer.t00. At present, the Set2Text dialog has to be manually
closed with Alt-F4. The text file is then opened in the Window-Eyes
script editor (Notepad by default, but configurable via Script Manager).
Edit and save changes to the text file as desired.

After opening the text file, the script presents an input box to specify
a
target for applying changes. The default is the initial set file. You
can change it to a different name, or to a wildcard specification, e.g.,
*.0* for a target of all set files. To avoid applying changes, press
Escape to dismiss the input box.

This global script requires GW Toolkit.
