[gui-talk] Easy to use database program

Hello,

     Please forgive some of my computer ignorance... I am very new to the world of all this technology. My question is, does any one know of a easy to use database program with a user interface similar to that used in the HumanWare KeySoft , Keybase application, that can be run on a pc with windows XP? I would appreciate any suggestions.
