[gui-talk] Outlook Calendar question

Scott,

I've never seen that happen in Calendar and I doubt there is any way to
merge these calendars. It might be that somehow you have created additional
Outlook "personal folders". Here's what you can do to check this:
1. Open the menu for the "extra" calendar and go to "Properties".
2. On the general tab will be "Location", which may be something like
"\\Personal foders" (that's the main one usually).
3. If the location listed is other than "\\Personal folders", note the name
and leave that dialog box.
4. Go to the main File menu and open "Data File Management".
5. This contains a list of Outlook data files. The first column is the
name, which corresponds to the location you found in the calendar
properties. This will tell you what physical file the calendar is in. You
can remove this file from the list and the calendar will be gone from your
list of calendars. It does not physically delete the file.

Hope that helps.

Ted

Subject: [gui-talk] Outlook Calendar question

I was just looking at my calendar in Outlook 2003 and some how or other I
have 5 calendars available. How can I merge these into one calendar. I do
not need more than one and I don't know how I got 5 to begin with. If I
right click the particular calendar and choose move or copy it appears that
I'm just moving that folder rather than combining them into one and then
eliminating any duplicates that might exist.
