[gui-talk] deleting files from a folder

I need to clear off some space on my hard drive. I have a very small hard drive. (It sure seemed large when I got my computer). Anyway, I was taking a look around at possible files to delete and I saw this folder. The path is C:\Documents and Settings\Sherri\Local Settings\Temp. Is it okay for me to delete all the files from that folder? I only have about 4 gb of space left on my hard drive, which is 40 gb. I can't even really do a defrag. Any help would be appreciated.
