Yes, agreed, use of sighted readers does not at all make inaccessible 
CAPTCHA at all acceptable.

As long as sighted readers are available at the time you need them.  I love
my sighted readers, however, they usually go to bed by 10 while I am still
at the computer at 2 am. <smile>
