It was version 4.5.  That was also the first version to introduce the quick 
navigation keys such as n and shift+n and h and shift+h.  Version 5 was the 
first to introduce the accessibility to mouse over and the first hint of ILM 
authorization.  Version 6 was the first to introduce ILM authorization.  I 
myself began with JAWS version 4.2.
