[gui-talk] headers and footers

Hello.

I created a header template for a letter I need to produce. However, I only want the header to appear at the beginning of the first page and the footer to appear at the end of the last page. Both are showing up on subsequent pages and the footer is showing at the bottom of the first page. How do I change it? Thanks for any help or suggestions.
