[gui-talk] straightening out my favorites

Jaybee,

Again, please. I never ever heard of or saw this Move Folder menu item, and 
you have never said actually where you are (Windows? Word? Outlook Express? 
Just kidding) when you open this View menu and do that. Please, where is 
this menu? I mean, in which application or utility? Is my question clear?

And no, if whatever you're doing works for you, no big deal. Just do it. But 
if you understand what I was explaining, you'd know how things work, better. 
but if you like that menu thing, fine. No argument.

So where is this Move Folder menu item?
