[gui-talk] Adding RSS feeds

Greetings. I'm having trouble adding RSS feeds to my Blogger blog. I can get into the layout page, and then the page elements page, but there's no "add page element" link like there used to be. I've tried refreshing the page with no luck. Any ideas? I'm using JAWS 9 with IE 7. I've also explored the idea of adding RSS feeds to my website from time to time, but haven't known how to go about doing this. I'd be interested in any basic tutorials or simple walk throughs that anyone could offer in this area.
