So you aren't in any big hurry? Okay, that's good to know. Now, when you say 
you'll wait until Microsoft begins providing SP3 with auto updates, how 
about my auto update situation: I have auto update set to provide me with 
high priority updates only, and unless I'm being tricked, it now functions 
without my ever being aware of it. No interruptions, dialogues to respond 
to, or anything like that. Which is to say, I sure hope it's working.

Anyway, with this sort of auto update setup, will SP3 simply install itself 
some day in June and I'll never even know it's happening? That would be okay 
with me. I just wondered how this is expected to work.

Also, thanks for the Avast! review. Very reassuring, if AVG Free Edition 7.5 
stops being supported with definition updates and neither Grisoft nor script 
writers make AVG Version 8 free edition Jaws accessible.

Windows Update and get it that way.
